I am based in Windermere, just behind the Magic Kingdom. While many of my clients like to meet me at my house, where I put together their creations, I’m happy to travel in the Orlando area, up-to 20 miles from my home for delivery (delivery fee applies).

COOKIES

Starting at $20/dozen

I offer a wide variety of the classics, including:

  • Chocolate Chip 

  • Oatmeal Raisin 

  • White Chocolate Macadamia Snickerdoodle 

  • Shortbreads 

  • Sugar Cookies 

  • Lemon Crinkle 

  • Gingerbread (plain or glazed) 

  • Linzer Cookies (choice of jam or curd filling) 

  • Pinwheels 

 

Sugar cookies and shortbreads can be flavored with your choice of vanilla, cinnamon, lemon, maple, peppermint and chocolate.

 

Mix-ins include: milk / dark / white chocolate, peanut butter chips, mint chips, pecans, walnuts, macadamia nuts, pistachios ($3 per item added).

DECORATED COOKIES

Starting at $3.5/each

Choose between the classic sugar cookie, a sturdier and buttery shortbread or a gingerbread cookie.

Sugar cookies and shortbread can be flavored with your choice of vanilla, lemon, chocolate, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and more.

 

Price start at $3.5 each, but for bigger and more complicated cookies, it can go up to $5 ( to discuss at time of order) – 10 cookies minimum.

 

They are covered in royal icing (can be plain, vanilla or lemon; does NOT contain raw eggs) and can be topped with sprinkles, painted, airbrushed, or finished with 3D elements.

MACARONS

Starting at $24/dozen

(1 flavor)

 

My macarons are made with a French meringue technique which calls for a hot sugar syrup. It makes for a nice and crunchy crust while the inside stays chewy and moist.

All my fillings are buttercream or ganache based, with the addition of natural flavors, nut paste or curds.

 

Flavors range from the classic chocolate and vanilla to pistachio, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, coffee, honey, orange, lime, salted and caramel.

CUPCAKES

 

Starting at $35/12 pieces minimum

All my cupcakes start with a homemade fluffy and light sponge cake, finished with different varieties of frosting and toppings.

 

Sponge flavors include:

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate

  • Red Velvet

  • Lemon

  • Strawberry

  • Banana

  • Orange

  • Lime

  • Coconut

 

Seasonal flavors are available as well, including pumpkin spice and chocolate peppermint.

 

Frostings option include cream cheese, the classic American buttercream and the more delicate and airy Italian or French meringue buttercream. 

 

All frostings can be personalized to match or complement the flavor of the cake.

 

Cupcakes can be topped with sprinkles, or nuts (3$ extra). Handmade fondant decorations can be added as well and may require additional time (price will vary in function on requests).

 
 

CAKE POPS

Starting at $25/dozen

 

My cake pops are the perfect bite size, measuring 1 inch in diameter and chocolate-covered.

 

Choice of flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, banana or strawberry cake (seasonal flavors also available, like pumpkin spice and chocolate peppermint); mixed with American buttercream, then covered in white, colored or dark coating chocolate.

 

Cake pops can be topped with sprinkles or nuts (3$ extra). Handmade fondant decorations can be added as well (price will vary based on requests).

CAKES

Starting at

$30/6" round cake

 

Imagination is your only limit!

Pick your flavor, filling, frostings, toppings and decorations. Cakes can be covered in smooth buttercream or fondant. Decorations can be made with buttercream (like flowers and some textural elements) or fondant.

 

Size can vary from a 6in base to a 12in and up to 3 tears. We’ll design the cake together and decide which size is right depending on how many guests you’ll be hosting. At least 3-day notice is required for simple/basic ideas and up to 10 for more complicated and bigger projects that require sculpted elements.

 

Prices start at $30 for a 6in round cake covered in buttercream, and varies based on the complexity of  the project.

PIES

Starting at

$6/each for small pie and $20/each for big pie

Seasonal pies can be ordered for any season! Choose between a full mini or hand pies.

Choices include the classis apple, pecan and pumpkin pie for the holidays.

 

Fruit pies will vary based on the season if fresh fruits are required. Flavors include strawberry, blueberry, cherry, lemon meringue, coconut, banana cream. Pies are topped with meringue and torched, or whipped cream if desired.

 

Hand pies (by the dozen) 24$

Small pies start at 6$ each depending on the filling.

Big pies start at 15$ each depending on the filling.

BAKING CLASSES

Starting at $80/person

Want to learn how to make cookies and decorate them with royal icing? Bring your friends and family and learn together! 

 

Decorating classes are approximately 3h long, start with a minimum of 3 participants at $80 a person. I will have samples and material ready, tutorials to practice your piping skills, 8 cookies to decorate and a sweet treat for you to enjoy!

 

Holiday gingerbread houses classes are available during the months of November and December, with a minimum of 3 participants as well. 

 

All my classes are up to 6 participants and have to be scheduled at least 5 days in advance and I host them in my very own kitchen in Windermere.
