Ciao, y'all, and welcome to Daisy Cakes Orlando! My name is Alessandro and I'm an award-winning home baker and cake designer. I've always had a big passion for entertaining and creating unique desserts; years of hard work and dedications have led me to the recipes and techniques that I now proudly put at your service to create the desserts of your dreams.
Her name is Daisy, and she's the family's American pit bull terrier. Daisy is a "graduate" of Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando and she's a very special part of my life; when I finally decided to start my baking operation in 2017, it was a no-brainer to name the business after her.
I was the winner of Food Network's "Holiday Baking Championship: Christmas in July" in 2019, and my work has been featured on Orlando Sentinel, Fox 35 Orlando and Orange Observer.
My goal is to make your celebrations memorable and provide you with the desserts of your dreams! Whether it’s a dinosaur-themed cake for your 3-year-old’s birthday; decadent cookies as a “thank you" gift; a sparkling tiered cake for your wedding, a tiramisu for the office potluck; a pie for Thanksgiving dinner; or a dozen cupcakes just because you have a craving, contact me to talk about your event and together we'll come up with the perfect dessert(s)!

Daisy Cakes Orlando is based in Windermere, Fla., just behind the Magic Kingdom; I bake everything from scratch — each item is custom made to order based upon the client's unique requests. While many of my clients like to meet me in my kitchen, where I put together their one-of-a-kind creations, I’m also happy to travel the Orlando area to deliver your goods in person (delivery fee applies).
